WordPress started as just a blogging system, but has evolved to be used as full content management system and so much more through the thousands of plugins, widgets and themes. WordPress is limited only by your imagination.

Course Description:

Students will learn the concepts and techniques of content management (CM) for Web, explore a CM platform WordPress and its features and functionalities such as customization, theme design, development and usage, plug-ins and CM capabilities. Students will design and implement a WordPress theme and use it to develop a self-hosted, working Web site for a fictitious business for the class.
